This is a senior strategic role reporting to the CEO and complete ownership of the PnL

It is a 5 days WFO role, based out of Bangalore

The IT Head will lead the hospital's overall technology strategy, digital transformation, and end‑to‑end IT operations to ensure seamless clinical, administrative, and patient‑experience workflows. The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will be responsible for defining and executing the company's enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of IT, OT (Operational Technology), and AI-driven systems in a highly sensitive manufacturing environment

This role involves defining and executing the IT strategy for a rapidly growing organization, with a strong focus on MS Dynamics ERP implementation, cybersecurity, and data-driven processes. The position requires a high-ownership leader who can collaborate across functions and scale IT capabilities to enable business growth

The role of AVP - Head SOC in the financial services industry involves leading and managing the Security Operations Center to safeguard the organization's systems and data. The position is based in Mumbai and requires a strong technical background in cybersecurity and team leadership.

The role of IT Head involves leading the organization's technology strategy, managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and implementing manufacturing-specific solutions like ERP and MES to drive efficiency and innovation. This position requires strong leadership, expertise in S4 HANA migration, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

• The incoming CISO will bring in deep expertise in CyberSecurity, Risk Management, and Information Protection, with a background in defence services, government agencies, or enterprise security leadership
• The CISO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

Strong hands-on experience in developing embedded systems, especially in real-time environments.

Proficient in C and C++ programming with practical application in embedded development.

Familiar with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and capable of conducting real-time performance analysis.

Good understanding of embedded hardware platforms, including ARM-based boards and single-board computers.

Exposure to cybersecurity practices or functional safety standards is a plus.
