Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the operational bridge between Group Cybersecurity and Europe Infrastructure teams, translating security requirements into realistic, actionable delivery roadmaps.

Drive operational coordination, cross-functional planning, and governance across Threat & Vulnerability Management, Cloud Compliance, and SAP Security to strengthen infrastructure security posture across IT Europe.



SKILLS

  • Technical Project & Delivery Management: Roadmap planning, multi-stakeholder steering, SLA/KPI tracking, and driving cross-functional alignment in complex environments.
  • SecOps & Infrastructure Acumen: Working knowledge of Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM), Cloud security posture concepts (Azure, CSPM/CNAPP), and core infrastructure architecture (OS, servers, network, identity).
  • Operational Tooling: Solid proficiency in ServiceNow (VIT lifecycle, exception workflows), vulnerability platforms (CrowdStrike, Qualys), and reporting dashboards.
  • Risk Prioritization: Ability to translate raw technical vulnerabilities into business and operational risk to challenge IT owners effectively.
  • Communication & Executive Presence: High-impact written and verbal reporting tailored to both operational teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Ownership & Adaptability: High degree of autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to scale responsibility to broader transversal security initiatives as the scope expands.
