Job Description

  • Lead organization-wide digital transformation across all business functions
  • Integrate enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, BIM) to create a unified data ecosystem
  • Drive end-to-end digitalization of real estate development processes
  • Implement AI, BI, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making
  • Develop and optimize digital sales and customer experience platforms
  • Oversee smart building systems, IoT integration, and facility management technologies
  • Ensure robust IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and hardware performance
  • Establish strong cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Evaluate and deploy emerging technologies such as PropTech, blockchain, and metaverse solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in CS, IT or a related field
  • Minimum 12+ years of IT leadership experience
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong expertise in enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, and BIM tools
  • Deep understanding of AI, business intelligence, and automation technologies
  • Experience in real estate, construction, PropTech, or similar industries
  • Ability to integrate systems and build a single, unified data ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and hardware optimization
  • Solid grounding in cybersecurity, data privacy, and governance frameworks
  • Experience in building digital sales ecosystems and enhancing customer journeys
  • Capability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies for business impact
