The Global IT Operations Lead will oversee and scale the company's worldwide IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, vendor management, and end-user support, ensuring secure and efficient technology operations across multiple international offices. Reporting to the COO, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on IT management to support the firm's global growth and evolving business needs.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the global IT strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Oversee worldwide IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, AV systems, and endpoint management.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Copilot, and related platforms.
  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives, risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and incident response.
  • Establish and enforce global IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage user access, permissions, data protection, and regulatory compliance across regions.
  • Lead technology procurement, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.
  • Serve as the highest escalation point for IT support, troubleshooting, and employee enablement.
  • Evaluate and implement scalable technologies to support new offices, acquisitions, and global expansion.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Technology Support.
  • Proven track record managing IT environments for global or multi-location organizations.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, Copilot, and endpoint management.
  • Deep knowledge of network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, firewalls, access controls, and security frameworks.
  • Experience leading cybersecurity programs, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Skilled in vendor management, technology procurement, contract negotiation, and budget oversight.
  • Hands-on problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Strategic leader capable of aligning technology investments with business growth objectives.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, approachable style and experience training senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment while building and scaling high-performing IT teams.
