Job Description

Define and execute the enterprise technology and digital transformation strategy.

Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and enterprise applications.

Drive cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee digital products and customer-facing technology platforms.

Leverage AI, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to create business value.

Ensure high system availability, scalability, and business continuity.

Manage technology budgets, governance frameworks, and strategic vendors.

Build and develop high-performing technology teams and leadership pipelines.

Partner with business leaders to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

18-25 years of technology leadership experience, including large-scale digital transformation.

Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity.

Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution.

Experience managing customer-facing digital platforms and products.

Exposure to AI, analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.

Strong stakeholder management with CEO and Board-level engagement.

Experience managing large technology budgets and strategic vendors.

Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.

Strategic, business-oriented leader with strong change management capabilities.
