Job Description

  • Lead global IT infrastructure strategy covering cloud, data centers, networks, and endpoints
  • Drive operational excellence, performance optimization, and service reliability
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management
  • Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning (DR/BCP)
  • Lead and scale cross-functional global teams and vendor ecosystems
  • Oversee ITSM tools, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align IT with enterprise goals
  • Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and automation frameworks

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Infra Head should have:

  • A strong educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure within the Healthcare or privatised healthcare services industry.
  • Expertise in network administration, system security, and IT operations management.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and implementing new technologies and systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide IT teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
