Job Description

*Ensure and drive compliance of IT Europe infrastructure with cybersecurity policies, norms and standards.

*Contribute to the definition and implementation of security controls on infrastructure components

*Provide technical expertise to support SecOps projects and operational excellence

*Collaborate with operation teams to integrate security requirements into build and run processes

*Present infrastructure security initiatives to key stakeholders such as Europe CTO and CISO

*Lead the firewall securitization project for all Europe-managed firewalls

*Manage the Tufin security policy management tool end-to-end: oversee updates/upgrades, ensure VM management, and handle license management

*Perform security assessments and traffic analysis on network rules

*Support L'Oréal resilience by contributing to the Disaster Recovery Plan

*Contribute to security audit requirements by providing evidences, explanations and action plans on infrastructure security.

*Advise and support IT Europe towards infrastructure security continuous improvement

*Promote automation of security controls and monitoring where possible to increase efficiency

Experience working in GCC.
