  • Technical Project Manager| Contract

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a technical team to deliver end-to-end solutions for complex projects.
    • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and addressing roadblocks.
    • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet functional and technical standards.
    • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize project outcomes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
    • Act as a bridge between technical and functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.



    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in a techno-functional role, with a proven track record of managing technical teams.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with relevant frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of database management, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of Logistics Domain for Airline & Shipping



    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
    • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in business solutions.
    • Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
