Job Description

  • Lead pricing intelligence, operations, and strategy across categories
  • Build advanced online and offline price benchmarking capabilities
  • Design and implement dynamic pricing models based on customer and market segments
  • Run pricing operations including execution, workflows, and SLA adherence
  • Develop pricing automation tools and partner with tech/data science teams
  • Define pricing policies across central and regional teams
  • Manage competitive scenarios including price wars and market disruptions
  • Partner with category, supply, and growth teams to optimize pricing decisions
  • Build dashboards, analytics, and models (elasticity, markdown optimization)
  • Hire and lead a high-performing pricing and analytics team.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of experience in pricing, growth, or central strategy roles
  • Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer-tech ecosystems preferred
  • Strong analytical background with exposure to pricing models and data systems
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams in high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with dynamic pricing, benchmarking, and automation tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
  • Hands-on approach with a bias for action and comfort in ambiguity.
