Job Description

  • Define and execute enterprise-wide information security strategy and roadmap.
  • Design security architecture across cloud, APIs, applications, data, networks, and third-party ecosystems.
  • Establish data security, privacy, identity, access management, and cyber defense frameworks.
  • Build and mature the security organization, capabilities, monitoring, and incident response functions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to embed security-by-design and DevSecOps practices.
  • Develop AI and emerging technology security strategies to address evolving threats.
  • Establish security standards for ecosystem participants and technology partners. [
  • Lead cyber resilience, crisis management, recovery planning, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
  • Drive ISO 27001, CERT-In, DPDP Act, and related compliance requirements.
  • Promote a strong organization-wide security culture and governance framework.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of experience in information or cyber security leadership roles
  • Proven success building or transforming security functions within large-scale digital, fintech, technology, payments, banking, or critical infrastructure organizations.
  • Strong expertise in cloud security, API security, distributed systems, IAM, application security, data security, and network security.
  • Deep understanding of modern cyber threats, ransomware, supply-chain attacks, cloud vulnerabilities, and ecosystem security risks.
