Job Description

  • Lead global data privacy compliance programs covering GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, ISO 27701, and other privacy regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate DPAs, SCCs, and advise on cross-border data transfer requirements.
  • Conduct DPIAs/privacy risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and drive remediation actions.
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Security, and business teams to implement privacy-by-design and appropriate data protection controls.
  • Monitor evolving privacy regulations and translate legal requirements into practical policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
  • Drive privacy awareness, stakeholder training, and ongoing compliance monitoring in a global environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognized institution.
  • Proven expertise in handling end-to-end data privacy and regulatory compliance in the travel or e-commerce industry.
  • Certifications including CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and proactiveness.
