The Director (AI) will lead the Artificial Intelligence team, shaping the company's vision for AI integration within Mixed Reality (MR) experiences. He/She will be responsible for building a high-performing team, defining the AI strategy, and driving the development and implementation of AI solutions across its product portfolio.

Minimum

Work experience of more than 15 years in all facets of Process Engineering Design of large Oil & Gas / petrochemical facility development. Key Responsibilities

Work as part of the Process Engineering Project Team with specific responsibility for:

- Familiar with Refinery Plant and/or Petrochemical Plant,

- Process optimization,

- Preparation and Development of basis of design, heat and mass balance, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment and instrument sizing and data sheet,

- Hydraulic calculation, thermal rating of shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure relieving calculation,

- Process simulation (HYSYS/Pro-II)

- Estimation of utility consumption,

- Preparation of operation manual,

- Managing to the overseas engineering centres,

- Interface & coordination design activities, managing to the process related parties, such as Client and the other EPC contractors,

-A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken.

-Ability to use the Microsoft Office environment in all aspects of daily work.

-Highly ethical - accountable for actions and statements.

-The leadership qualities to lead, delegate tasks and organize the team.

-Ability to understand and interpret complex problems and explain them to others.

-High attention to detail and proactive follows up.

-As a Senior Engineer it is expected that the role will contribute to the mentoring and training of junior engineers within the department.

Candidate will be responsible for evaluating and analysing financial data, industry trends, and company performance within the consumer sector to provide investment recommendations. The role involves creating detailed reports, building financial models, and presenting insights to investors on stock opportunities in the sector. It also involves evaluating investment opportunities in the private space for investment purpose

The role oversees plant P&L, tracking performance against budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with financial standards, while driving cost improvements and capital investment plans.

It also involves accounting, month-end closing, audits, internal controls, vendor management, and fostering operational excellence through reporting, and functional scorecards.
