Job Description

  • Develop, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Service Now solutions effectively.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and ensure system optimization.
  • Provide technical support and training to users of the Service Now platform.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external IT governance policies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Now processes and configurations.
  • Stay updated with new Service Now features and recommend implementations to enhance business operations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and meet their technology needs in the renewable energy domain.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Now professional should have:
