We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader to oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud, platform engineering, and modernization engagements across a global portfolio. The role carries full responsibility for delivery governance, P&L management, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and scaling high-performing global delivery teams.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of cloud transformation, modernization, platform engineering, and managed services engagements.
  • Establish governance frameworks, delivery standards, risk management processes, and quality controls.
  • Own resource planning, capacity management, utilization, and workforce optimization across global delivery teams.
  • Drive financial performance through effective P&L management, forecasting, revenue realization, and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure delivery commitments are achieved while maintaining high client satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams comprising delivery managers, project managers, architects, and technical leaders.
  • Partner closely with sales, presales, account management, and practice leadership teams to support growth objectives.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, DevOps adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage executive stakeholder relationships and act as the escalation point for critical delivery matters.
  • Support the continuous evolution of delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • 20+ years of experience in IT services delivery, program management, or delivery leadership.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large delivery organizations with P&L accountability.
  • Proven track record overseeing delivery portfolios exceeding $30M in annual revenue.
  • Strong experience delivering cloud migration, application modernization, infrastructure transformation, or platform engineering programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing geographically distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Expertise in delivery governance, operational excellence, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; advanced qualifications preferred.
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, ITIL, cloud, or related certifications are advantageous.
