Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance product quality.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and documentation for management review.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance protocols.
  • Stay updated on advancements in quality assurance tools and techniques relevant to the industrial and manufacturing sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.
  • Experience in mobile testing for iOS and Android OS.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API testing (Postman preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with regression testing and test case maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
