The incumbent will spearhead the transformational journey of the organization for the HR function, managing projects and interventions in end to end employee lifecycle. He/she will also be instrumental in institutionalizing the cultural change within the organization.
You will be responsible for Heading the HR function reporting directly into the Promoter
Lead the Talent Acquisition function focusing on both lateral and entry level hiring.
The incumbent would report into the Regional Manager & will play a critical role in facilitating the management and nurturing of relationships with key clients.
