Job Description

he Learning Partner will be responsible for driving strategic learning initiatives across business units by designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Solutions Development
    • Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and create tailored programs aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Design and facilitate engaging workshops, virtual sessions, and eLearning modules using modern instructional design principles.
    • Oversee end-to-end program execution including communication, logistics, and post-program evaluation.
    • Define success metrics and continuously enhance learning interventions based on feedback and impact.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Use learning analytics to measure program effectiveness, track completion rates, and derive insights.
    • Present actionable reports to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Functional Learning Journeys
    • Co-create and manage functional learning journeys in collaboration with reputed institutes and industry experts.
    • Oversee curriculum design, delivery formats, and impact assessment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related fields.
  • Preference will be given to candidates from MBA Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes.
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Learning & Development; exposure to Organizational Development will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and eLearning development capabilities (Articulate 360 or equivalent).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of executing strategic learning initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments.
