Work experience of more than 15 years in all facets of Process Engineering Design of large Oil & Gas / petrochemical facility development. Key Responsibilities

Work as part of the Process Engineering Project Team with specific responsibility for:

- Familiar with Refinery Plant and/or Petrochemical Plant,

- Process optimization,

- Preparation and Development of basis of design, heat and mass balance, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment and instrument sizing and data sheet,

- Hydraulic calculation, thermal rating of shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure relieving calculation,

- Process simulation (HYSYS/Pro-II)

- Estimation of utility consumption,

- Preparation of operation manual,

- Managing to the overseas engineering centres,

- Interface & coordination design activities, managing to the process related parties, such as Client and the other EPC contractors,

-A high standard of English language ability both written and spoken.

This is an exciting entry-level Paralegal role and an opportunity to provide support to different practice groups with a variety of legal administrative tasks and junior paralegal tasks.

This role is part of a team of Legal Administrators who provide centralised support from within a Legal Admin Unit (which is split between London and Delhi).

Most work requests come from our Immigration, Tax & Wealth Planning, Real Estate and Corporate practice groups, as well as other teams with a high legal administrative burden.

Tasks would typically be assigned via a ticketing and task management system. It is imperative that the Legal Administrator engages with the ticketing and task management system throughout the duration of the task in a professional and timely manner, including accepting the instruction as well as communicating estimated turnaround times and delays back to the requestor.

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive L1 Support & IT Monitoring professional to oversee IT systems, monitor infrastructure health, and provide first-level troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for issue detection, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to escalate incidents efficiently.

• Perform initial analysis of logs and alerts before escalating.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain logs of system health, alerts, and resolutions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on incidents and system performance.
• Update knowledge base articles for frequently occurring issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).
• Exposure to IT monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Kibana, Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix, etc.).
• Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
