Job Description

  1. Lead India-based IT operations for International Networks, ensuring alignment with global strategy and objectives.
  2. Act as the primary liaison between India teams and global IT leadership to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  3. Oversee inventory management and OSS referential systems, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.
  4. Manage and optimize the Business Intelligence (BI) platform, focusing on Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
  5. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within BI and IT operations.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and optimize processes.
  7. Monitor operational performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain service excellence.
  8. Provide leadership and coaching to India-based IT teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate is an experienced IT leader with 8-10 years in IT operations and at least 5+ years in Business Intelligence. They possess strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and acting as a bridge between global leadership and India-based operations. A solid understanding of data governance, security, and BI architectures, combined with familiarity with Agile methodologies, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation technologies, is essential. The applicant should demonstrate problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering high-quality IT services and BI solutions aligned with business objectives.
