Job Description

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to business stakeholders across departments.
  • Lead requirement discovery sessions, understand business pain points, and propose pragmatic, scalable Odoo-based solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Challenge requirements when needed and propose simpler, more efficient alternatives aligned with Odoo best practices.
  • Ensure solutions align with long-term ERP roadmap and avoid unnecessary customization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 9+ years of hands-on Odoo Enterprise experience (v16/17+ strongly preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, QWeb, PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining custom Odoo modules.
  • Experience with multi-company, multi-warehouse, and complex workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business modules: Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, HR/Payroll, Website.
  • Experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Git, Docker, Odoo.sh.
