Our Client is a global alternate asset manager focusing on real estate, infra and credit.

Job Description

  • Leads all post-acquisition investment activities
  • Oversee the full life cycle of an investment, including setting business plans, identifying value creation opportunities and executing transactions to monetise an investment

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, or real estate investment banking
  • MBA in Finance and/or CFA qualification preferred
  • Strong financial, analytical and quantitative skills
