We are seeking a Design Head who will be responsible for leading the interior design team, creating innovative design solutions, and driving the company's design strategy to meet its goals

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced 10+ YOE of candidates for the position of Senior Manager - Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the architectural design of industrial and logistics warehousing parks. You will work closely with the Head of Design and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all design aspects are met with the highest standards, from conceptualization to execution.

• Lead Cloud Migration: Drive the transition of data center-based infrastructure to AWS, focusing on containerization and the migration of up to 40 servers.
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with software engineers and architects to design cloud-based solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Applications: Build robust and scalable software solutions that align with business, security, and compliance requirements
• Transform Legacy Systems: Understand legacy applications while leading their migration to modern cloud platforms.
• Implement Clean Architecture & DDD: Design and develop software adhering to best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the Requirements Engineer, Experts and other stakeholders to translate technical specifications into working software solutions.
• Develop with Quality in Mind: Apply test-driven development (TDD) and integrate testing seamlessly into the development process.
• Support Integration & Maintenance: Contribute to integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance by correcting errors and adding enhancements.
• Drive Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD): Continuously integrate and deploy applications to ensure streamlined development and delivery.
• Innovate Software Engineering Methods: Research, develop, and implement new software engineering techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Refine Development Processes: Establish and improve processes, standards, and guidelines for software development to ensure high-quality outputs.

1. Technical Skills

* Expertise in Jakarta EE: Deep knowledge of Jakarta EE specifications, including JPA, CDI, EJB and JAX-RS.

* Experience with Jakarta EE containers (Websphere Liberty or similar).

* Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

* Understanding of cloud-native development practices, including containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.

* Asynchronous Programming: Proficiency in asynchronous programming paradigms using technologies like JMS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

* Familiarity with patterns to deal with asynchronous complexity like SAGA, command-response-pattern or inbox / outbox.

* Domain-Driven Design (DDD): (Optional) Experience designing and implementing solutions following DDD principles.

* Distributed Systems: Knowledge of distributed system patterns like eventual consistency.
