About Our Client

The organisation operates in the Property sector in New Delhi.

Job Description

  • Develop interior design concepts for real estate projects.
  • Plan layouts, finishes, furniture and material selections.
  • Create design briefs, drawings and presentation material.
  • Review designs to match project needs and approved plans.
  • Work with architects, consultants and project teams on design details.
  • Visit project sites to check that interior work follows approved designs.
  • Resolve design issues during execution to keep work moving.
  • Maintain clear design records, specifications and approvals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling interior design work for projects.
  • Knowledge of space planning, layouts and interior finishes.
  • Ability to prepare and review drawings and design specifications.
  • Confidence working with architects, consultants and site teams.
  • Practical understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
  • Ability to review design details and solve on-site issues.
