Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end design strategy, standards, and engineering governance.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary engineering coordination across civil, structural, MEP, ICT, security, and sustainability.
  • Manage technical engagement with customers, consultants, authorities, utilities, and delivery partners.
  • Drive design reviews, risk management, value engineering, and budget adherence.
  • Ensure successful delivery from concept design through commissioning and handover.
  • Govern technical quality, testing, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Drive sustainable and energy-efficient design solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
  • Establish technical standards, knowledge-sharing frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, including hyperscale or colocation data centers.
  • Proven experience leading design programs from concept through commissioning.
  • Strong customer-facing, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Preferred certifications: Uptime ATD/ATS, CDCDP/CDCE, PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent.
