Job Description

  • Oversee the architectural design and development of premium residential projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards in all projects.
  • Develop and implement innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the architectural team.
  • Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful HOD Architect should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • 18-22+ years of experience in architectural design within real estate development
  • Proven experience in leading design for multiple large-scale projects
  • Strong experience in managing in-house teams and external consultants
  • Deep understanding of design trends, sustainability, and regulatory frameworks
  • Prior experience with reputed real estate developers preferred
