About the Client
Headquartered in Europe, the client is a global leader in consumer ingredients manufacturing, supplying to some of the world’s most recognisable consumer brands.
The Challenge
As part of a strategic operating shift, the organisation set out to establish a specialist, greenfield Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India. Adopting a lift‑and‑shift approach, they aimed to transition complex, high‑value roles from Europe to India, maintaining quality while driving cost efficiency.
The mandate presented several challenges:

The Result
We successfully closed 20+ critical roles achieving a strong 2:1 interview conversion ratio. This helped build the core foundation of the client’s India GCC, enabling them to establish a high impact, future ready capability centre supporting its global operations.
