Job Description: looking for a talented and experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong expertise in Snowflake to join our team. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and optimisation of data systems, data pipelines, and ensuring seamless data transformations to support business intelligence and data-driven decisions.

As the Director of Data Management, your role would focus on overseeing how data is collected, managed, and used within the organization to drive business insights, ensure data quality, and support strategic decision-making.

Lead the Data Science charter by innovation and POC deployment

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science, including GenAI, MLOps, NLP, and agentic workflows, ensuring solutions are cutting-edge. o Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Develop, test, and maintain analytical models to solve complex business problems across domains such as supply chain, marketing, sales, R&D, and operations.

Build the AI capability from scratch.

Work with the Founder for the strategic decisions for the organisation.

Setup the CoE for AI and work on development of AI architecture basis researc and research.

The role is to lead the growth and strategic development of Cost Analytics portfolio within the Cost Vertical in Finance Shared Services Centre (GFS).Overseeing and providing on-going management direction for all processes and activities undertaken for Cost Analytics. Introduce and maintain high quality standards of service delivery.
