Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team skilled in Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, PySpark, Microsoft Data Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
  • Drive Agile delivery using JIRA, ensuring timely and impactful execution of analytics projects.
  • Guides the team to design scalable and integrated analytics solutions that align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering to understand business processes and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Promote the adoption of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Communicate assertively and effectively with global teams, executives, and cross-functional partners.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the analytics function.
  • Demonstrate situational leadership, adapting style to meet the needs of individuals and teams.
  • Take full ownership of analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable impact

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data analytics, with deep domain expertise in supply chain and semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proven international work experience and ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Data Fabric.
  • Experience in Agile delivery models and project management using JIRA.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated values of honesty, integrity, innovation, continuous improvement, teamwork, and leadership
