  • Define and lead enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy
  • Build and operate the global D&A function and operating model
  • Partner with technology and business leaders on data-driven outcomes
  • Establish governance, stewardship, and AI-ready data foundations
  • Oversee advanced analytics, data science, and reporting initiatives
  • Foster a strong data-driven culture and enterprise-wide literacy

The Successful Applicant

  • 15-20 years of experience in data, analytics, or technology leadership
  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale data and analytics programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Deep understanding of data governance, platforms, and AI readiness
  • Experience in complex, global, or consulting-driven environments
  • Ability to drive cultural change through data and analytics
