Job Description

  • Build and deploy production‑grade LLM applications.
  • Design and optimize RAG systems (embeddings, vector search).
  • Develop AI agents capable of multi‑step reasoning and execution.
  • Work on context engineering to improve AI understanding of users.
  • Improve output quality via prompt engineering and evaluation loops.
  • Build APIs, backend systems, and data pipelines for AI features.
  • Optimize systems for scalability, latency, and reliability.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Engineer should have:

  • 2-3 years of software/AI engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands‑on experience with LLMs and applied AI systems.
  • Experience with RAG systems, embeddings, or retrieval workflows.
  • Ability to build and ship end‑to‑end AI features.
  • Understanding of backend systems and data pipelines.
  • Bonus: experience with prompt optimization or AI side projects.
