Job Description

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Build and execute the regional sales plan to expand the company's enterprise solutions footprint within the zone.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and high‑quality forecasting.



Team Management & Performance Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise consultants, driving accountability, productivity, and capability development.
  • Create a performance‑oriented culture with clear targets and review rhythms.



Enterprise Acquisition & Account Growth

  • Identify and engage potential enterprise clients; build strong relationships with CXOs and senior decision‑makers.
  • Position the organization's digital solutions as the preferred choice through consultative selling and solution design.



Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, presales, product, and central sales teams to craft tailored enterprise propositions.
  • Partner with internal teams to accelerate deal closures and improve win rates.



Service Delivery & Post‑Sales Governance

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing for enterprise accounts, aligning delivery with promised outcomes and ROI.
  • Drive retention, upsell opportunities, and customer satisfaction metrics for the region.



Reporting, Governance & Market Intelligence

  • Track zonal performance across revenue, acquisition, conversions, and team KPIs; deliver crisp business reviews.
  • Stay updated on competitive developments and market shifts; provide insights to strengthen product positioning.



The Successful Applicant

  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in enterprise sales / SaaS / digital solutions / key account management, with proven team leadership.
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi‑location enterprise sales teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with B2B digital solutions, SaaS, or e‑commerce enterprise products is highly desirable.
  • Experience handling RFPs, enterprise proposals, and high‑value solutioning.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and enterprise relationship management.
