It serves sectors such as steel, power, petrochemicals, refineries, and manufacturing, with a focus on execution excellence, safety, quality compliance, and timely project delivery

Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large industrial EPC projects from planning through commissioning.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual commitments.
  • Drive resource optimization across manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Provide technical leadership and resolve critical engineering and execution challenges.
  • Manage relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing multidisciplinary project teams across locations.
  • Enforce rigorous standards for safety, quality, compliance, risk management, and project governance

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should be/have -

  • A civil engineer with atleast 15+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proven success in leading large-scale industrial EPC projects from concept through commissioning.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering projects within cost and schedule targets.
  • Deep experience managing complex stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • The ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple project sites.
  • Strong technical grounding in industrial construction, with the credibility to resolve critical engineering and execution challenges.
  • A disciplined leader who drives safety, quality, compliance, and governance standards while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strategic, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in high-growth, project-driven environments with multiple concurrent assignments.
