Our client is a Large enterprise platform with a diversified portfolio spanning commercial offices, data centres, residential developments, retail, hospitality, and warehousing. As the business continues to scale across asset classes and geographies, they are looking to strengthen their HR leadership team with a hands-on HR professional capable of building robust people processes in a fast-paced and promoter-led environment.

Job Description

  • Own and drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, PMS, and exit management.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across locations.
  • Lead performance management processes and drive organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Build and standardize scalable HR processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve employee experience and strengthen people practices.
  • Drive HR process automation and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead onboarding and assimilation programs for senior leadership hires.
  • Manage employee communication initiatives, including town halls and organizational engagement forums.
  • Support organizational growth through effective stakeholder management and HR project execution.
  • Lead and develop a small HR team while ensuring consistent delivery across locations.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 12-15 years of experience across HRBP, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong experience managing onboarding, PMS, employee engagement, culture initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Demonstrated success working within promoter-led or founder-driven organizations.
  • Ability to build structure, processes, and governance in high-growth and evolving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, data centres, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or other asset-heavy industries preferred.
  • Experience driving HR process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
