VP - Business Excellence (RCM - US Healthcare)

  • Responsible for "RCM Quality", "RCM Transition", and "RCM Transformation"
  • Lead transformation projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency and process optimization in the accounting and finance department.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support project goals.
  • Leverage industry best practices to deliver measurable improvements in performance.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

VP - Business Excellence (RCM - US Healthcare)

  • 18-22 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, Healthcare BPM, or Healthcare BPO.
  • 8-10+ years in senior leadership, business transformation, process excellence, automation enablement, or large-scale operations improvement roles.
  • Strong exposure to Provider RCM.
  • Experience across functions such as Intake, Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, AR Follow-up, Denials Management, Payment Posting, Credit Balance, Rejections, and Patient Services.
  • Proven experience in business transformation, operational excellence, automation enablement, analytics, governance, and performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, productivity models, quality frameworks, staffing models, transition support, and cost optimization.
  • Experience working with Technology/Product teams on workflow automation, dashboards, AI/GenAI, RPA, OCR/IDP, analytics, or exception-based workflow initiatives.
  • Strong commercial understanding including pricing assumptions, FTE models, productivity targets, utilization, margin improvement, and benefit tracking.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including executive reviews, governance meetings, transformation presentations, and improvement roadmap discussions.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; PMP / COPC / ISO certifications will be an added advantage.
