Job Description

  • Manage C2H hirings for our tech client in Hyderabad
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver on hiring targets.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and modern recruitment tools.
  • Handle C2H hiring as per client needs, ensuring speed and quality in delivery.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and ensure smooth on boarding for selected candidates.
  • Connect seamlessly with stakeholders in remote, onsite, or hybrid setups as per the project.
  • Maintain a best-in-class candidate and client experience throughout the process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and consistently achieve SLAs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Associate should have:

  • 7+ years of technology recruitment experience, ideally with India exposure.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
