Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to find top-tier candidates across diverse tech domains.

* Talent Pipe lining: Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

* Candidate Engagement: Act as the first point of contact, providing an outstanding candidate experience that reflects client's culture and values.

* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of tech trends and talent market dynamics to advise the recruitment team and hiring managers.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proactive and curious individual with a strong drive to connect with people. You understand the tech landscape and are adept at uncovering hidden talent. Your ability to think creatively and build relationships will be key to your success.You're a great match if you have:

* Proven experience in sourcing technical profiles.

* Strong knowledge of the main technology domains (e.g., Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Architecture, E-commerce Platforms, Devops, Applications).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A data-driven approach to tracking and optimizing sourcing funnels.

* Proficiency in English.
