Job Description

  • Partner with technical teams to understand and meet their human resource needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tech HRBP should have:

  • A strong academic background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, particularly within the financial services industry.
  • Expertise in handling HR functions for technical teams.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance regulations in India.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment like Gurgaon.
