Job Description

Technical & Leadership Hiring

  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑senior and leadership roles across engineering, product, data, cloud, DevOps, and related domains.
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for leadership and niche technical roles across industries.
  • Conduct detailed technical screening and competency assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Utilize market intelligence to advise business leaders on hiring strategies, talent availability, and competitive trends.



Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with technology leaders, hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring success profiles.
  • Drive structured intake discussions and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.



Candidate Experience & Process Excellence

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction to offer closure.
  • Build strong talent pipelines from multiple sources including social platforms, communities, events, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Maintain accurate hiring metrics, dashboards, and pipeline reports.



Market Expertise

  • Stay up to date on India's tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and leadership talent movement across industries.
  • Utilize competitive intelligence to identify top talent and strengthen employer branding initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-9 years of experience in the leadership hiring space across technology roles.
  • Proven ability to source senior talent through advanced search techniques
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prior experience in fast-scaling environments is preferred (tech startups, global capability centers, product firms).
