We are looking for an Internal Hiring Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to join a Human Resources team within the FMCG industry. This opportunity is part of the internal hiring (IJP) team, supporting strategic talent movement within the organization across global markets. across multiple geographies including North America, APAC, and other regions. This position is based out of Gurgaon, Haryana (Hybrid Model)
  • Part of Internal Hiring Team (IJP) in a well established global MNC.
  • Hybrid Model - 3 Days WFO, 2 Days WFH

Job Description

  • Partner with the Internal Hiring Lead to drive internal talent hiring strategy
  • Identify and source talent for internal job postings (IJPs) across global markets
  • Build strong pipelines of internal candidates across functions and geographies
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to understand role requirements
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies for critical roles across North America, APAC, etc.
  • Screen and assess internal candidates for role fitment and career mobility
  • Maintain strong candidate experience and engagement throughout the process
  • Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health
  • Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies and governance



The Successful Applicant

A successful Internal Hiring TA should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience of 4-9 years of Talent Acquisition / Sourcing/ HR Ops preferably within internal hiring / IJP frameworks
  • Candidates from established Global MNCs / Blue-chip organizations strongly preferred
  • Industry: Open (must have exposure to global hiring environments)
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets (North America, APAC, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
