  • Prepare updates and reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Improve the flow of talent management processes where needed.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience handling talent management activities.
  • Understanding of Human Resources processes.
  • Ability to organise information and maintain clear records.
  • Confidence preparing reports and sharing updates.
  • Ability to work with different internal teams.
  • Comfort managing several talent-related tasks at once.
