Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage recruitment and collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract skilled candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Automotive/Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
