Job Description

  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or similar functions.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/ XLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Experience with ATS tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Support end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations and recruitment coordination activities
  • Manage candidate data, interview schedules, offer tracking, and hiring reports
  • Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, interview status, offer acceptance, and onboarding progress.
  • Generate weekly and monthly hiring dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation requirements.
  • Support offer rollout, background verification, and onboarding coordination.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and provide recruitment process updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within TA operations.
