Job Description

Strategic Talent Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to develop workforce and hiring plans.
  • Support leadership, middle management and specialist hiring.
  • Influence talent decisions through market mapping and compensation benchmarking.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent availability and competitor intelligence.



Hiring Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical business functions.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche manufacturing and life sciences talent.
  • Drive hiring across manufacturing, R&D and corporate functions.



Talent Intelligence & Analytics

  • Present hiring dashboards and recruitment metrics to leadership.
  • Track position ageing, time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratios and source effectiveness.
  • Drive data-based decision-making across hiring activities.



Transformation Projects

  • Support process improvement and TA transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to leadership hiring programmes and talent pipeline development.
  • Assist with employer branding and strategic sourcing initiatives.



Team Leadership

  • Coach and support one direct report.
  • Ensure delivery quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
  • Experience hiring for manufacturing organisations.
  • Experience managing leadership and niche hiring mandates.
  • Strong exposure to hiring analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to operate independently with senior leadership.
