Job Description

  • Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery for a key international region
  • Lead and manage RPO partners and external vendors across on-site and outsourced models
  • Drive hiring outcomes aligned to SLAs, KPIs, and business timelines
  • Build scalable processes to support high-volume and complex hiring needs
  • Act as a program owner within a broader HR transformation initiative
  • Partner with regional stakeholders to transition hiring into a centralized delivery model
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive adoption in a matrixed environment
  • Track hiring performance through dashboards, analytics, and reporting
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across TA operations
  • Support setup and stabilization of a newly created shared services environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Operations - APAC & EMEA (RPO & Shared Services) should have:

  • 12-18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Operations
  • Strong experience managing RPO or outsourced recruitment programs across multiple countries(must-have)
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale hiring mandates or TA delivery charters
  • Experience in vendor management, SLA governance, and stakeholder management
  • Exposure to shared services / GCC / centralized HR environments preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, execution, and program management capability
  • Data-driven approach with experience in dashboards and reporting
  • Ability to operate effectively in transformation and change-driven setups
