Job Description

  • Handle both Tech & Non-Tech Hiring requirements.
  • Lead one person under you.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers and Founders to understand their needs
  • Post job ads and review applications
  • Screen and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Use recruitment tools and platforms effectively
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant meets the following criteria -

  • 6-9 years of experience
  • MUST be Immediately Available
  • MUST have Startup experience
  • MUST be open to 6 day work mode (Saturdays WFH)
