As part of its continued growth journey, the organization is looking to strengthen its talent acquisition capability by hiring a strategic and hands-on TA leader to drive recruitment excellence across the enterprise.

Job Description

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 12-18+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-location hiring environments.
  • Strong expertise in leadership hiring and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving recruitment KPIs and hiring efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of ATS, HRMS, recruitment analytics, and TA technologies.
  • Experience building employer branding and campus hiring programs.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and demanding environment.
  • Prior executive search or recruitment consulting experience will be a strong advantage.
  • Industry exposure across healthcare, retail, hospitality, airlines, real estate, consumer, or other large workforce businesses would be preferred.
