This role offers end-to-end ownership of the TA strategy, team leadership and significant exposure to international stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function and manage a team of recruiters.
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies across technical, scientific, commercial and corporate functions.
  • Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-hire roles including R&D, scientists and domain specialists.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and global stakeholders to deliver hiring objectives.
  • Drive recruitment process excellence, employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Leverage data, analytics and hiring metrics to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Optimize utilization of ATS, HRMS and recruitment technologies.
  • Build scalable hiring processes aligned with future growth requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 12-15 years of Talent Acquisition experience with exposure to specialized hiring environments.
  • Strong track record hiring niche talent across scientific, engineering, manufacturing, industrial or related sectors.
  • Experience engaging with international stakeholders and supporting global hiring requirements.
  • Hands-on and data-driven approach with strong understanding of recruitment analytics and technology platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment will be advantageous.
