Job Description

  • Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive workforce planning and hiring forecasts across manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Lead recruitment efforts across engineering, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, projects, EHS, procurement, sales, and support functions.
  • Build robust talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing skill sets.
  • Drive leadership hiring mandates and strategic talent mapping initiatives across relevant industries.
  • Establish best-in-class recruitment governance, processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Improve hiring effectiveness through data-driven decision making and recruitment analytics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to manufacturing-led organizations.
  • Proven experience hiring across large-scale industrial environments.
  • Strong background in industries such as:
    • Automotive, Auto Components, Steel, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Capital Goods, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Process Manufacturing
  • Demonstrated experience managing leadership hiring as well as large-volume technical hiring mandates.
  • Strong stakeholder management capability with exposure to CXO and business leadership interactions.
  • Experience building and scaling Talent Acquisition teams and processes.
  • Strong understanding of talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding, and hiring analytics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and business partnering skills.
