Job Description

SVP - RCM Operations (US Healthcare)

    • Lead end-to-end RCM operations including billing, coding, collections, AR, and denial management
    • Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Ensure achievement of key financial KPIs such as cash flow, AR days, and collection efficiency
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve first-pass claim resolution
    • Oversee large, multi-location teams and ensure high productivity and quality standards
    • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and service delivery excellence
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, payer guidelines, and audit requirements
    • Drive automation, digital transformation, and adoption of RCM technologies
    • Monitor performance through dashboards, reporting, and data-driven insights
    • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align RCM goals with business objectives



The Successful Applicant

SVP - RCM Operations (US Healthcare)

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 20+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with strong leadership exposure
    • Proven track record of managing large-scale RCM operations (billing, AR, collections, denials)
    • Deep understanding of US healthcare systems, payer policies, and compliance (HIPAA)
    • Strong experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver financial outcomes (cash flow improvement, AR reduction, revenue optimization)
    • Experience in client/stakeholder management with excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Exposure to RCM tools, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-location teams
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
