Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the life sciences and biotechnologies sectors.
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities within healthcare and related industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for business development.
  • Foster partnerships and collaborations to expand market presence internationally.
  • Evaluate the performance of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic Planning & Growth Lead - International should have:

10+ years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy roles (MBB preferred).

Proven expertise in strategic planning and growth initiatives across global or diverse markets.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex market challenges.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability across cultures and senior leadership levels.

High business acumen and learning agility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with top leadership and external partners.

Experience in healthcare or life sciences is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Comfort with occasional travel and virtual collaboration across geographies.
